Thank you so much Kathy!Joe Joe and I are very good buddies, he is usually just a few feet away, in fact he is currently snoring soundly on our bed right now,after having a special treat of a double cheeseburger and a bath he is tuckered.It seems like he and I are working together very well and I think he is enjoying being part of our family.It was a real thrill to win today,I was told by many people today who have been doing field trials for many decades
first time ever entering any type of field trial event. I almost had a heart attack when it was announced.

on Seeker's
progress. My Seeker, "Hunt's in Search of Scent" (Hunt's Every
Puddle with a Cause x FC-AFC Yellowstone's TNT Explosion)
is making his Uncle Seeker Proud! At almost 3 years old, Seeker is
certified with Front Range Rescue Dogs in Wilderness Airscent and
Water Search. In the next 6 months I expect him to certify in
Human Remains Detection and Trailing as well. In over a decade of
training search dogs I have never seen a dog with more intelligence, drive
and heart than this boy. He is simply a working machine. Seeker's
dedication and enthusiasm make him an absolute joy to work, and 
I cannot imagine a better search partner. Once he has all of his SAR
qualifications we may train for hunt tests - Seeker would certainly
be up for it! Uncle Seeker's genes also show up at home, where
nephew Seeker can either be found snuggling on the couch hogging the blankets on my bed.

Hey, I thought you might like to see some pictures of Rocco with Teak (Matt and Debbie Kurtz's dog) at the beach.
Rocco is doing great. He is the company mascot.
Seems to love being my co-pilot. Roxy and he get along famously.
They have decided that Rocco will be the dominant one.
Roxy adores him and follows him everywhere when they are together.
Rocco doesn't seem to mind her constant attention or her need to share his water bowl.
Roxy doesn't seem to mind that Rocco is the resident toy hog. So all is well here.

Rocco is the darker of the 2 chocolate labs. 6 months old and a great swimmer.
